Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.

24 Hour Guarantee 

We take pride in delivering the highest quality plants and flowers.  However shipping factors in the supply chain beyond our control can take an unseen toll. This is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee.  If within 24 hours of recieving your flowers you notice its not fairing well, please email us a picture at service@bafloristonline.com or call us at (517)351-4484 so we can replace the flowers.

Fresh Flower Substitutions

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. The availability of flowers may sometimes require necessary substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. 

COVID-19 Policy 

For those that prefer curbside pick up, simply call 517-351-4484 when you arrive for pick up and a sales associate will bring your order out to your vehicle.

$20.00- Bath, Holt (rural), Mason (in town only), Williamston (near Grand River Ave.)

$25.00- Dewitt, Williamston (rural), Grand Ledge

$30.00- Perry, Laingsburg, Leslie

$35.00- Jackson (49201,49202)

$25.00- Special Courier Rate

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 10am-5pm Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm Saturday. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times, call to verify.

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Same Day Delivery

If you order by 12:00 pm EST, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Saturday. Outlying areas may be delivered on the next business day, you will be contacted if that is required.

Funeral Homes

These orders are our very highest priority.  If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.

Schools

We are required to leave deliveries to schools in the office. Orders to schools should be placed no later than 10 am because they usually must be received by 2pm.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer.  If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was unable to be fulfilled, the order will be brought back to B/A Florist.  The recipient will be able to pick up the order at a time of their convenience, or you can provide us with the correct address and we can attempt delivery with an additional delivery fee.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, enroute or delivered. We can usually change an order for a future date. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancelations MUST be verbal. 

Recipient Will Be Contacted

Recipients will be called ahead of time to arrange delivery time. If recipient is not home at time of delivery, weather permitting, our drivers will leave the order at the door and inform recipient that it has been left. The driver will ring the door bell and then leave before the recipient is present. This policy is done for houses. If delivery goes to an apartment and recipient is not home it will be taken to the leasing office, if open, or will come back to the store for pick up.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery

Refunds are not available if the recipient refuses to accept a delivery.

Holiday Delivery

To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, and Independence Day.

We are closed on these holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
