WONDERFUL experience, over the top with Tom, the delivery person on our order. I accidentally had the wrong street in my order. Tom and I talked on the phone a number of times about my mistake, he was over the top patient and amazing! He quickly found the correct house and made the delivery. Best shop to purchase a birthday gift. B/A staff was decorating the shop and plenty of ideas, colorful offerings, all price levels, to be chosen. I forgot how much more personal gifting can be when you gift yourself this experience. Staff could design to fit my need, deliver if wanted, or as I did, may take. Totally enjoyed being away from crowded big box bulk. The appreciation was as heartfelt as the gift.- Nancy
Coming to see us was a gift in itself, but to arrive with such a beautiful arrangement left me without words. It definitely is one of the most unusually gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen.
